I have permanently deleted products Offer and Credit as I thought that those are old products from some demo theme.
Now having issue with offers not adding product to cart. Tried to make new product with name Offer, by publicating and hiding and adding it to uncategorized group, but no luck, not working.
How to make new Offer and Credit products (is there something specific that must be written, besides it's name)?
Yes, those products are 'helper' products our plugin uses in order to handle the credit and offers features.
Please try to deactivate and then re-activate the B2BKing Pro plugin - I believe doing this will recreate the products again. Please try and let me know if that solves it for you,
If you'd like, I would be happy to check this directly and make sure the products are connected correctly. For that, I would need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site, so I can look into this directly and see what the issue is.

After deactivating Pro and in 2nd try also Core - product 'Credit' was made, but no Offer.
Still not adding to cart.
I am not sure why unfortunately.
