Hi, we have an issue on the cart subtotals. Our products have sale price set for a lot of them and when added to cart, subtotal appears to be wrong. Subtotals seems to be calculated using regular prices and not the sale prices like you can see in attachment. I'm looking for the issue in documentation without a clue. It seems very strange to me. Sale price fields are something really really common in woocommerce: why b2bking ignore them? Deactivating it restore default cart behaviour. Help is really appreciated. Thanks a lot.
First of all, could you please confirm that you're already using the latest version of B2BKing Pro? (at least version 4.3.64). If not, please make sure to update to the latest version.
There was an issue here recently with subtotals, following a WooCommerce update, and we believed we had resolved it. If you are running a slightly older version, that could explain the problem.
sorry, it's my fault, I've make a try with the link you prvided and this version dowloaded fix the problem. A notice: using automatic update from wordpress the dowloaded version is not the latest that fix issues.
To get automatic updates for B2BKing Pro, it is now possible to activate your license for the website. To do this, you can follow our guide here: https://kingsplugins.com/licensing-faq/
Basically you would need to:
1. You will first need to create an account on KingsPlugins.com. 2. Go to B2BKing-> Settings -> License.
3. Enter your email and key (purchase code) and then click on 'Activate License':
Then you would also get automatic updates for B2BKing Pro.
