    Hi there,

    We are having a few issues with our plugin - all regarding the Offer Feature.

    1. When an offer is purchased the SKU on that offer is not depleting SOH in WooCommerce. We have tested with a range of product SKUs, all having the "Manage stock level (quantity)" checked = true. 

    We have tested the same scenario on the demo page:  https://demo.woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/  and it is working as expected on the Demo WooCommerce  backend - i.e. the SKU SOH is depleting. 

    So it seems to be an isolated incident on our B2B King Instance. Do you know how we can fix this?

    2. When a SKU on an Offer becomes Out Of Stock and Backorders are not allowed, the Offer is still able to be purchased by a customer.

    We have tested this scenario on your demo page and looks like that the same issue is being replicated. This is a big issue as the Offer feature should not be allowing purchases of Out of Stock and No-Backorder SKUs. 

    3. Similarly on the back-end Offer creation page, can make it  so that only SKUs that are In Stock are allowed o be added to new Offers?

    Any workarounds / solutions to the above would be really appreciated.

    Hello Una,

    1) Regarding this, the way this is supposed to work is that the stock changes are triggered when the order reaches the "Processing" status.

    I wonder if the issue in your case could be that you're looking at "On-Hold" orders. Or would orders never reach the 'processing' status in your workflow?


    Regarding 2 and 3), I can definitely see how these would be a useful / needed functionality.

    We are trying to make these changes during the coming week, and I will get back to you here with an update containing these functionalities.

    Thanks so much for your reply.

    1. That was exactly what was happening! Great pickup thank you. We are still in testing so our payments aren't live. Once I manually set an order to "Processing" stock was deducted 🙌

    2 & 3. That would be amazing if you could please add this to your backlog!
