By default the registration form will only show the countries you sell to.
I checked this on your site and I see it shows these 2 options:
Would you like to remove Zimbabwe from this form?
There's no specific setting for it, but I believe I can provide a code snippet that does that. But please confirm for me first, so I can send you the correct snippet.
