Currently we only have the Buy X Get 1 feature I'm afraid, so there's no option to specify a Y.
However I'd just like to mention this for clarity: This feature does "scale", so for example if you set Buy 10 Get 1 free, and the customer buys 100, the customer will get 10 free.
Another example: "Buy 10, Get 2 Free" can also be written as "Buy 5 Get 1 Free", it is mostly the same.
If you want to have "But 7 Get 2 Free", you can actually write it as Buy 3.5 Get 1 Free:

I have an issue with the Buy X get 1 free Rule title who doesn't display the custom title on the checkout page... it just show the Rule type Title (Buy X get 1 Free) instead of "1 acheté = 1 Offert"
EDIT : apparently the Rule Title is not supposed to show ? I just modified the translation with Loco Translate, is it the correct way to do so ?

Our client want's to create some Buy X Get Y rules but they are repporting us that, in the B2BKing settngs, theres only the Buy X Get 1 function.
Is there a possibility to activate the Buy X Get Y option in settings or there's no existance of that feature?

Indeed, sorry, rule titles are never shown on the frontend. Rule titles are only to help you keep track of what each rule does.

Yes, if you modify the translation with Loco, that’s perfect - you can use this method to modify any plugin text.
