There is no way to assign multiple specific agents to 1 customer, but it is possible to allow ALL AGENTS for all customers, with this setting:
When that setting is enabled, all agents will see all customers under the agent dashboard.
Regarding the order form, if you use the "Cream" form theme, then it is possible to show Inventory Levels. Is that the theme you are using? And are you using it on a custom page using the shortcode, or via My Account -> Bulk Order?
The rest of the fields could only be shown with custom coding I'm afraid.
By default, yes, subagents and agents do not share the same customers. The relationship between the 2 is considered only an "affiliate" relationship with the possibility for the parent to get a commission share. For both to share the same customers, it is currently only possible with the above mentioned setting.

- With the Bulk Order Form, is there a way to display 1) Base Cost, 2) Discounted Cost, 3) Discount, 4) Inventory Levels?
- Subagents cannot see customers that are under an agent.
