I am not entirely sure what is causing that unfortunately. There may be some kind of error there or conflict with another plugin or code, but I'd need to look into it to be able to troubleshoot this.
Would you be able to share a backend login to the site, or to a staging clone site with us? That would be the best way I could help get this solved as I could run some tests and look into this,
Its even better than before, now there's a little notification when the product has been added.
I have an other issue actually. When I click on "forgot password" on the log in page (https://thecustomcrew.fr/connexion/), it redirects me on a page with nothing.
Do you know what could I do to fix that ? Thank you again for your support.
The 'forgot password' page belongs to the WooCommerce My Account page.
What is happening is that for some reason, this my account page ( https://thecustomcrew.fr/mon-compte ) is hidden for logged out users. So it's not just the forgot password area, it's the entire my account area. If a logged out user goes to https://thecustomcrew.fr/mon-compte they see this blank page.
It seems to me this has something to do with how the page is configured in Divi. I tried to find which specific setting it is but I cannot find it, maybe you would know this.
If you want, what I can do is to change your My account page to the standard default my account page. I created a standard page here so you can see it:
We found the solution thanks to your explanations.
I wanted to hide the Account button in the menu for non logged user. So I did it with Divi but I also hid the account page for non logged user. As you pointed out, it was the source of our problem and it wasn't useful.
I'm writing to you because a problem appeared very recently on my website (https://thecustomcrew.fr/)
No matter wich account I use, Admin or created accounts, in the Vendor Dashboard I see the same 3 products.
The products added before are still on the site but no vendor can see theirs.
The only thing that I changed yesterday was the register form, I used Essential Addons for Elementor to create a new one but I don't know why it would affect Marketking.
I have tested and it seems the following 2 plugins, when activated together are creating an issue:
- Product Filter by WooBeWoo
- Essential Addons for Elementor
When these plugins are active, the wc_get_products() function of WooCommerce no longer returns the normal values. I am not sure why that is, but it seems to me the problem is likely with the "Product Filter" plugin - it is probably modifying which products get to be shown on the frontend.
Since it modifies the standard wc_get_products function, I do not see a way unfortunately to make a change to MarketKing to resolve this.
If possible we'd advise to disable one of those 2 plugins, perhaps use a different filters plugin.
Hello,
While testing the Vendor Dashboard, I can't fix this issue :
If I click on "Add a Product", it takes me to the page of the already existing product and only allows me to modify it.
It's obvious in this URL
https://thecustomcrew.fr/gestionnaire-de-boutique/edit-product/add/
The only way I can add a new product is by duplicating the one existing.
I didn't find how to change that.
Could you help me ?
Thank you very much !
Lilian

Hello,
Thanks for your quick answer and sorry for the delay, I just came back from vacation.
I would still need help as I'm did not manage to find a solution.
I'm sorry but I don't know how to do a Staging clone so I would be Ok to share the backend login. How could I do it safely ?
Thank you very much,
Lilian
Thank you for the details,
I believe the issue is resolved now - there was a glitch there related to a previous plugin version with a bug.
Please let me know if you still see any issue or if there's anything we can help with,
Kind regards,
Stefan
It works thank you !
