Thank you for a great plugin! I have had it for a week now and I have tested functionality and tried almost all features - loving it and everything just works :D
There are two settings that I can't seem to work out on my own.
On each product page of the website I am working on there are two options for the customer. Each option is priced separately. (Pls see images.) Each price should be displayed with the discount, exclusive of VAT/taxes.
All settings I have tried just show either one of the prices with discount, excl VAT. OR both prices - VAT excl only, but no discount.
Could you please guide me to the information in the Documentation?
kind regards, weronica
(the other setting I need help with is regarding the order form, I will put that in a separate ticket)
Thank you very much for purchasing our plugin! and glad to hear it's been mostly working out for you so far,
Regarding your question:
How did you configure a discount? (e.g. directly on the product page, through a dynamic rule, etc)
This image "b2b view - excl VAT + discount but just one price.png" does not load for me for some reason, the other ones work, but it would actually be great if you could upload it to a different place like https://imgur.com/upload
I am trying to understand how it's possible the 2 prices are treated differently. We do not usually see this, I am wondering if there could be some custom code or other plugins interfering etc. or maybe somehow you configured the discount for only one of the prices.
If it's possible for you to share a backend login to the site / staging site you're working on, that would be really helpful and I could just check everything directly to understand what the issue is,
I need some guidance on how to show the grouped products in the quick order form.
In this shop most of the products are displayed on a product parent page. Two simple product pages are linked to each product parent page.
The individual products can only be purchased through the main product parent page, therefore the individual product’s visibility setting is set to "hidden".
Ideally the grouped products would show up side by side on the wholesalers quick order form. But if that's not possible, it will be fine with them all just listed.
I managed to make this sound more complicated than it is :/ I am so sorry!
>>> How do I get the grouped products to show up in the quick order form? Now there are only three individual products visible. (some categories will be hidden from b2b)
And right now it really doesn't matter how they are displayed - as long as they are all there :D
By the way I also made an update to B2BKing which adds a small cart icon in the top right corner of the order form (can also be replaced with a 'checkout' button) via settings.
It would be nicer to have grouped products display their items together so we'll be looking to add that along with other improvements to the order form.
"code snippet" - my favorite! Solves everything. I want my life managed with code snippets :]
Thank you! This is absolutely perfect. For this shop it works having them all lined up like this. The options end up next to each other.
Managing who gets to see what was easy to do from Categories or Products. Works perfectly.
Straight to Checkout from the Quick Order Form - love it. This is what it's all about for the b2b. And I could easily translate the text on the button :D
Now I think we are ready to go live within a couple of days, and we have an actual b2b standing by to be the first customer to use this. SUPER excited!
Thank you so much for all your help!! (I predict glowing reviews in the near future :]

Hi!
A dynamic rule. Super easy! Converted the whole site :]
Here are the images: https://imgur.com/a/1XWRaEQ
How do I share log in details with you?
Thank you for taking a look at this!

weronica
Thanks for the login!
I think I've resolved it with a plugin update - there was an issue in our code in handling this situation:
Now I'm seeing the following:
Let me know if you see any further issues or anything I can help with,

YES you did! Solved. Should have asked you three days ago :]
Thank you so much!!

I have one little thing with the order form. I should put that in a separate ticket, right?
Glad to hear that seems to work!
Regarding the order form, you can put it here in the same ticket.
Excellent!

LOVING the quick order form btw - game changer!

Hi Weronica,
I looked into this and I think I see what you mean.
Ideally I understand you would want grouped products to show like this with the Hide / Show button?:
I think we can add this to the plugin, but we would probably need 3-5 business days to be able to implement it.
We will proceed to start work on this and I will send you another update here when we have this feature ready.
Kind regards,
Stefan

Hi Weronica,
I added a code snippet to your site that makes our order form ignored the "hidden from search" / "hidden from catalog" options. If you will want to hide items from the order form or hide them from B2B users etc, I would advise to do it via B2BKing's feature: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/faq-product-visibility-is-not-working-how-to-set-up-product-visibility/
I can now see more items here in the order form:
By the way I also made an update to B2BKing which adds a small cart icon in the top right corner of the order form (can also be replaced with a 'checkout' button) via settings.
It would be nicer to have grouped products display their items together so we'll be looking to add that along with other improvements to the order form.
