Hello, I was wondering if there was a chunk of code you could provide, or if there was a way that I could have multiple agents connected to the same "Customer Group". So that multiple agents would have access to make a purchase for a customer and have them listed in their "Agent Dashboard" under the customers. Either that, or is there a way that you can have any "Customer" connected to an agent, or sub-agent, visible and accessible to anyone in the "Agent Team". I have both "Sales King" and "B2B King" and am just looking at creating agent teams that work in groups, that have access to the same resources.
Currently the only option for this is the following setting in SalesKing -> Settings -> Agent Capabilities:
"All agents can manage / shop for all customers"
When that is enabled, all agents will be able to shop for all customers and will see all customers under the agent dashboard customers page.
Other than that, there's currently no way to set multiple specific agents to a customer, or make a customer available to the entire team. This is definitely something we are interested in added (Especially making customers available to teams), although it's not a feature we have available yet.
