we are facing some trouble with our www.meditrast.gr website. Although we have entered all required attributes in the category "variation product", those several options are not beeing presented on the eshop. Check this URL:
Our plugin does not normally have any effects on how variation products are displayed - usually it would have to do with either the specific product's configuration or the theme.
If you would like, we can check your configuration directly to see what the issue is.
For that, could you share a backend login to your site or to a staging clone site with us?
I have tried to deactivate the B2BKing plugins to see if the issue goes away, but it does not, so based on that I believe the issue is not related to our plugins.
I did additional tests to see if I can find the problem. I tried to switch to the "Storefront" theme. When switching, then this works, and it becomes possible to add the item to cart:
thanks for your reply. We just updated the Word Press Theme Phami, but it still doesn't work. The thing is that we already did this with the german website (www.meditrast.de) and it worked, as you know since you helped us a lot. I hope you can help us this time again. Please find attached the new screenshots so that you know exactly what happens when a user chooses the dropdow menu to choose one size.
I remain at your disposal for any questions or clarifications!

Hi Nena,

Thank you for the login,
I looked the product you linked and I see this product has only 1 Attribute (Size):
So it's normal that only that shows.
Can you explain what you would like to see? Where did you configure additional attributes? It may help if you can share a screenshot.
Hi Nena,
Thanks for clarifying,
I have tried to deactivate the B2BKing plugins to see if the issue goes away, but it does not, so based on that I believe the issue is not related to our plugins.
I did additional tests to see if I can find the problem. I tried to switch to the "Storefront" theme. When switching, then this works, and it becomes possible to add the item to cart:
Therefore I tend to believe this is likely an issue with the Phami theme you are using. I would advise to contact the theme's developers: https://themeforest.net/item/phami-medical-health-woocommerce-theme/26412195/support as they would know best what could cause this.
Kind regards,
Stefan

Hi Nena,
I tried going to the site now and clearing the cache and trying that again. Now I am able to add items to cart:
I do see these elements here show twice:
I see that's coming from the following plugin:
Λίστα Επιθυμιών YITH WooCommerce
I checked and I see the issue is not connected to our plugins, as it happens with B2BKing deactivated as well.
I can't say what causes it - it may be best to discuss it directly with the developers of that YITH plugin or the site's developer.
Kind regards,
Stefan
