I'm not sure where that text is from. Are you considering our B2BKing plugin?

We have 2 plugins that work well together:

- B2BKing ( https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-wholesale/b2bking/ ) - this is our B2B plugin that adds features such as a wholesale order form, wholesale pricing and discounts, tax exemptions, business registration etc.

and

- SalesKing ( https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-b2b/salesking/ ) - SalesKing is our sales reps plugin. It gives each sales rep a frontend dashboard from where they can manage customers, orders, etc.

Optional there just means that that feature can be disabled if you don't want it, it's not at an additional cost. That's a feature of the SalesKing plugin.
