is it possible to fulfill orders partially? a situation where some of the products (for inquiries?) are available and the rest will be ready at a different time, how can this case be handled?

If a customer makes a quote request or inquiry for certain products but you do not have all, you could either edit their order to remove products which you do not have, and recalculate the order
or you could create a separate order in the WooCommerce backend with only the products available.
Our plugin has no features to import orders - that's probably a bit outside the scope of our plugin. It's possible to import orders in WooCommerce with a dedicated import plugin such as WP All Import.
