We have Woosuite installed and set to have customers only order on in quantity steps (increment6, 10, 4, etc.). This functionality stops working on the bulk order form. Please see attached pictures. Thanks.
I am not sure why that update couldn't resolve it, but we'd be happy to look into it directly if you'd like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or to a staging clone site.

Sorry, but i still have the same issue. Both B2B Pro versions are still being listed in my plugins page. Do I delete the old one?
You can delete the older version.

I tried to log in as that test customer but I could not see an issue on the order form.

Perhaps there was a cache that needed to clear? Or are you still seeing a problem there?

Without using the Plus/minus buttons. You can manually enter a number above "7" and click Add to Cart. This will allow 7 pcs to go into the cart.
