    Hello,

    We are using the lite version and want to upgrade to PRO. However, we are facing an issue with the lite version and were wondering if PRO would solve the issue.

    The issue is:

    1. On the checkout page, when order is below 30€, B2B king blocks cash on delivery option. I have tried disabling ALL other plugins leaving only B2B king and its all the same. However, when deactivating B2B king, all works properly.

    2. On checkout, the order received page cannot be scrolled

    3. If I buy the PRO version for 1 site, can I later upgrade the package to multiple sites?

    Please let me know to see if we will continue with the upgrade to PRO.

    Thank you for getting in touch !


    1) B2BKing has a feature that controls available payment and shipping methods for users by group. I think the problem here is that you need to enable the COD method.

    To do that, you can go to B2BKing -> Groups, and for each category of users (b2c, logged out, b2b groups), enable the methods per your needs.

    2) It's not clear what this issue could be. Do you find it's connected to our plugin?

    In any case, we are happy to look into it to troubleshoot and get it resolved. We would need a temporary site access for testing.


    3) Yes, you can upgrade the license at any time and only pay the difference.

    I've looked into that and indeed I found an issue in our code related to checkout. I made a plugin update to B2BKing and I believe the issues are now solved on your site.
