There is currently no setting in the plugin to allow configuring commission rules based on the customer (or the customer's group). The other things are possible, but there's no way to set a group.
If you would like, it can be done with custom coding, with a code snippet. I can send you such a snippet - it would mean you would need to manage the B2B group IDs and commission rule IDs via snippet (e.g. to specify that rule 123 applies to groups 456 and 567 for example).

Please I would like to make specify the commission role for each b2b customer group.
For example for commission rule (1):
Commission type: Percentage
Value: 7%
Applies for products: Fresh Vegetable category.
For vendors: Vendor Group 1.
Applies on B2B customer group: A class B2B group & C class B2B group.
For example for commission rule (2):
Commission type: Percentage
Value: 2%
Applies for products: Fresh Vegetable category.
For vendors: Vendor Group 1.
Applies on B2B customer group: Local Wholesalers B2B group.
