    Hello, I must have misunderstood the plugin. I also want to use it to set up discounts for registered customers (B2C), which obviously doesn't work. Is there anything wrong with switching to "B2B only" and then setting up roles for B2C customers?

    Yes, in that case it's probably best to set the plugin to "B2B Shop" mode and just put 'B2C' customers into their own group. There's no problem with that.

    The other, "B2B & B2C Hybrid" mode is mostly designed to make sure there is no change to the experience of B2C users (which doesn't seem to be what you're looking for).

    good to know that. I have now found the following solution: B2BKing stays on hybrid, but all groups (including the B2C customer groups) go to B2B. Only the unregistered guest stays in B2C. This makes the difference between a registered customer and an unregistered customer even clearer. I'll take a look at that for a while.
