It sounds to me like there is likely a cache issue on your site. You may have a cache plugin, or perhaps a cache that is enabled via your hosting, causing this.
A cache is a snapshot of the page at a certain time - users see the snapshot instead of the real live page (this increases site speed). Our plugin does not add this directly.
I suggest trying to see if you have any 'Clear Cache' button on your site. It's also common this is configured via your hosting / cPanel.
We are also happy to look into it directly on your site if you would like, to troubleshoot and try to resolve the issue. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or to a staging clone site we can work on,
Hello,
I have an issue with registration fields: if I edit the fields, add new ones, rename registration roles etc... nothing changes in reality.
I am using a separated login/registration page for login, with your shortcodes, and it works.
Looking forward to your support, thanks.
