One sales agent ( [email protected] ) has been sending his affiliate links to his customers, and since this week the orders that have been placed using his affiliate links are not automatically assigned to Matthew.
The plugin that we are using for sales agents is this one SalesKing.

Regarding the issue, I understand that orders placed using affiliate links are not automatically assigned to the correct agent. Is this something you can easily replicate with a test order? The fastest way we could help resolve it is if you were able to share a backend login to the site, or to a staging clone site, so we can test and troubleshoot directly,
