I would like to purchase Multivendor Pro.  I am a 74 year old neophyte veteran.

would you be able to install and configure it so I do not end up with installation issues?

    Hi Theo,

Thank you for getting in touch!

We would be happy to install the plugin on your site initially, as well as do general / basic configurations per your instructions. We are very happy to work with entrepreneurial - minded persons such as yourself : )

That said, please keep in mind we can only do general configurations of our plugin. That does not include adding or configuring other plugins, customizations, data entry or imports, etc. Setting up a marketplace can be a large task (depending on your requirements) that can take months, so I just want to be clear about what we can and can't do.

Let me know if I can help with anything, or if you have any questions,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hi Theo,

Thanks for getting back to me!

You can purchase the plugin from this link: https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-multivendor/marketking/pricing/#div_block-10-84

The options there are for 1, 3, or unlimited websites using the plugin. You can choose between an annual and a one-time (lifetime) option by clicking here:

To do the installation / configurations, I would need backend access to your site:

Specifically a username and password so I can login to https://caribstore.com/wp-admin and configure it.

And let me know if you have any specific requirements or wishes,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hello Theo,

    Thank you for purchasing!

I checked and it seems you actually purchased the correct item - your purchased our MarketKing Pro plugin (our multivendor solution).

I logged in to the site now and I installed MarketKing and did a few configurations and settings.

You can find the menu with MarketKing pages at the bottom, in the site footer:

    9536974779.png

There in that menu you can see a link to the 'Become a Vendor' page: https://caribstore.com/become-a-vendor/ Users can go there to sign up for a vendor account.

The vendor dashboard where vendors can add and manage products is found at https://caribstore.com/vendor-dashboard/ I've added your logo and site color scheme:

Vendors can configure their own shipping options by going to the vendor dashboard -> Settings -> Shipping.

(they can click on each zone to add shipping methods to it, there are 2 zones there, Jamaica and US)

(We got your other tickets as well, our apologies for any delay in getting back to you, we're a bit backed up with a large number of tickets).

Let me know if I can help with anything at this point, anything you'd like to setup, or if you have any questions,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

What excites me about a company, is not how good the product is, but, how excellent is their Tech Support Service.  In the few interactions I have had with Tech Support, you guys should write a book about the importance of Customer Experience.

#1 - For Customers, not Vendors.

We have a VIP Discount Card where our members receive a Discount Card that looks like a credit card, with similar 16-digit numbers.  Is there a way that we can create a Customer Group and adding those member's ID Card Numbers will entitle them for example, to a 10% Discount? Can we use the Card Number vs. their names to verify their entitlement to the discount?

#2 - Main Site vs. Vendor Site

In reference to the above scenario, if I activate such a discount VIP Group, can it be configured only to be active at https://caribstore.com and not any of the sub-sites?  Can it be configured that each Sub-Site has the option to accept or activate the Discount Group for their products?

#3 - If we create and activate the VIP Discount Group, does that mean that all vendors who add their products to the main site, must participate in that discount?

#4 - Is there a generic App that Vendors and Customers can install on their phones or desktops for shopping, and for vendors to manage their day-to-day management of their store?

#5 - I have not reached there yet, but I am excited, Thus, these questions:  Does each vendor have their own shipping company or they must use the default one?

#6 - How similar in features in this plugin to Shopify?  What other plugins do you have that can enhance the features of your multi-vendor and do you know of any other 3rd party plugins that integrate seamlessly with this plugin?

#7 - Can you give us a list of Social Media that can be seamlessly integrated into the marketing and promotions of vendors' products and services?

As usual, I await your feedback and continued support.

    Hi Theo,

Thank you for the kind words about the support, we appreciate it : )

    Regarding your questions below:

    (1) MarketKing itself does not have a feature to give % discounts to customers - we view this as a bit outside the scope of the plugin, because there are already many discount plugins on the market that could be used for this.

One suggestion is that you can use our own free or paid B2BKing plugin for it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/b2bking-wholesale-for-woocommerce/

With B2BKing you can create customer groups, and add a discount for each group such as 10% on all products, or 10% on specific categories. You could manually add each customer to the 10% group.

(2 - 3) One idea would be that you could use B2BKing to create a 10% discount on a specific category, let's say the "VIP Discount Category".

You as the website admin could add that category to all main site products.

Then each vendor can choose whether or not they add that category to their products - this way controlling whether they participate in the discount or not.

    (4) You could set up a general webview app (it's an app that basically accesses the website).

There are templates such as https://codecanyon.net/item/rocketweb-configurable-ios-webview-app-template/26369602

This is not something we know very much about as we're not mobile developers, it is best to discuss possibilities with a specialized company that does mobile apps.

    (5) Each vendor can configure their own shipping options and prices, flat shipping, free shipping. It's not needed to use the default website options.

    (6) I think Shopify doesn't have multi-vendor functionality (unless you use a 3rd party Shopify plugin), so it's not really comparable with our plugin.

Shopify is rather comparable with WooCommerce. Comparing the two, Shopify is generally simpler, easier to use, but does not have as many features and is not as flexible - you're quite limited in what you can achieve with it - it's best for simple stores.

    (7) MarketKing has a module that allows each vendor to connect their social media profiles: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/social-media-sharing/

As the website admin, you can use any social media to promote your site, posts, products - there are also plugins that allow you to share to multiple social media sites at once such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/blog2social/

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
