lately, we have faced an issue with the b2b wholesale price in a couple of orders.
For example, we have an order in which the 4 products (from a total of 9) have the wrong wholesale price. All our products have setup in the system with the same detail regarding taxes, shipping taxes, etc.
What I would suggest doing is to try and login as those customers and add those products to cart. You can login as a customer using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/login-as-user/
If you do that, what price do you see in cart? the correct price or the wrong price?
If you see the wrong price, perhaps we can find an explanation: it may be another plugin that affects prices interfering, or some configuration/dynamic rule, etc.
I am also happy to look into it directly if you'd like to provide us with a backend login to the site or a staging clone site. If so, please also provide us with a link to that order.
We have looked into this and indeed there was a conflict between our plugin and the Woodmart theme.
We have released an update to B2BKing Pro, version 4.8.50 that includes a fix for this problem. Please update to this version and let us know if you still see any issues after updating.
If you have made a purchase and did not enter the VAT details at first, you can still enter these details after the purchase and you will get a VAT refund and an updated invoice. To do this, you would need to open the invoice and click on the "edit address / add address" button, where you will be able to add the VAT nr.
If you need any assistance with this, please let me know,
regarding the same issue (different prices on products and orders), after all the updates still have it (from June 2023).
We have a lot of orders with some products with different prices that they have.
Order 19968 SKU 1236 product price 2,78 - order price 2,64 SKU 2778 product price 1,60 - order price 1,52 SKU 1596 product price 0,78 - order price 0,74
Order 19961 SKU 3138 product price 0,45 - order price 0,43
SKU 1368 product price 0,71 - order price 0,67 SKU 3295 product price 0,74 - order price 0,70
As I understand in a couple of orders and a couple of products the price that is charged into order is 5% up and not the normal price of the product. We do not have sales prices because the e-shop is b2b, so there is no need for sales prices.
Also, I have more orders with wrong product charges than the real product price.
For all products, all the settings (VAT, etc) are the same.
Is your B2B king plugin issue or a WooCommerce issue?
Meanwhile, the client wants to increase 5% all the products. I try to make a dynamic rule but the prices are still the same. When the B2B user adds a product to the cart, supposed to increase the price which is not correct and not fair like the discount used. The B2B for example sees a product with a 1,25 price and when he adds it to the cart he sees that the price is 1,32 which is not the right method for that.
On another hand at the woocommerce dashboard, there is an option to increase the price in % by bulk edit, BUT only the regular price and the sale price, and not the B2B wholesale price are a different field.
Is that any method to bulk change prices by % of the B2B User's Regular Price ?
That way you would export a CSV of prices, edit it, and reimport it.
Regarding dynamic rules, are you using "Raise price (Percentage)" rules? These rules are not compatible with discount rules, as they work with a similar mechanism - so it is not possible to use "raise price" and "discount" rules at the same time. I believe that's probably why you're seeing this issue,
your reply is very clear and I followed your advice. Prices change with export-import very easily and smoothly.
My opinion is to add this feature to your system, since you have it all ready somehow, but to change the B2B prices into B2B regular and B2B sales price fields. All your clients should appreciate it because changing the prices per % by-products or groups of them or by category is daily.

Generally regarding support and any other purchases on our site, it is possible to enter your company details and VAT number during a purchase by following the guide here: https://kingsplugins.com/checkout-vat-gst-tax/#paywithoutvat
If you have made a purchase and did not enter the VAT details at first, you can still enter these details after the purchase and you will get a VAT refund and an updated invoice. You mentioned the following order:
Order 19968
SKU 1236 product price 2,78 - order price 2,64
SKU 2778 product price 1,60 - order price 1,52
SKU 1596 product price 0,78 - order price 0,74
-> SKU 1236 has a normal price 2.78
The following 5% discount rule applies to it:
so the price becomes 2.78*95% = 2.64
SKU 1236 has the category of the dynamic rule, which is why the discount applies:
The user is a B2B user.
-> SKU 2778, it is the same, the SKU has the category in the rule:
1.6*95% = 1.52
These dynamic discount rules create a sale price.
The regular price 1.6 and the sale price is 1.52 because of the dynamic rule.
If this is not the behaviour you would like, please clarify what is the purpose of the dynamic rule?
Hi

Hi Erik,
To bulk change B2B prices, the only way would be through import / export: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-bulk-import-export-product-prices/
