There is currently no CRM feature in the plugin. I think this is something we may add in the future as part of MarketKing's integration with the B2BKing plugin.
We are planning a CRM feature for B2BKing, as CRM is particularly useful for B2B customers, so I think it would work well to add it to MarketKing as well as part of this integration.
We are looking at this for future updates, although it's not something we have available yet,

We need a feature of standard CRM - Customer Relation Management - that can be integrated with the MarketKing.
CRM is extremely helpful for vendors.
