It's not possible unfortunately for vendors to be able to create general coupons. The problem is that we must take care to make sure a vendor cannot create coupons for other vendors' products.
So if a vendor could create general cart coupons, that might be a problem as they could also be used on other vendors' products.
Perhaps a solution would be to have some kind of button that allows the vendor to 'select all my products' or something similar. We will be looking at it for future updates, but at the moment I don't have a better solution for this yet.

When my users are configuring coupons they cannot save unless they have selected specific products to allow the coupon on.
Generally, they want to offer fixed card discounts regardless of the specific products in the order. is there any way to achieve this?
