Our plugin has no features to export users / groups.

If you have a users export plugin, you can also export the full group information of that user. That information is stored as user meta data. 

Any plugin that can export user meta would work, for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/users-customers-import-export-for-wp-woocommerce/
