How can I customize the email sent to customers for pending orders when I create an order? Currently, the email states, "An agent has placed order #7230 on your behalf. The order is now awaiting your payment. Go to payment page ->"
I want to change the title from "agent" to "ambassador"or something like that because I believe the term "agent" doesn't fit well with my website and store. How can I make this modification so that customers see the updated title as "ambassador"?
With this method you can change any plugin text. Basically if your site's language is en_US, you would create an en_US "translation", which would overwrite any default text.
If you can't get that to work, I'd be happy to set up an example on your site directly if you'd like - I'd need a backend login to the site / staging site.
I figured out where to change it but in the email the customer receives it still says agent when i changed the name shown here when i made it consultant

Hi there,
It's possible to edit the email's template, but I think the easiest way to do it would be with the Loco Translate plugin.
We have a guide for it here: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-edit-any-plugin-text-string-same-language (this guide is written for B2BKing, but it works for any plugin).

Kind regards,
Stefan
I see no option or anything in the options for agent like you said their would be.

Hi,
Please follow these steps:
1) Go to Loco Translate -> Plugins -> SalesKing and click on the language.
2) Click on the SYNC button and then click Save:
3) You should now be able to see the strings there:

Please check that the language of your website (e.g. English (United States) ): https://prnt.sc/OmcwlQ2ROQyV
is the same as the language of your translation. Please make sure you don't have a different one (e.g. English United Kingdom).
I tested on my local test site. I replaced agent with consultant:
the wording changed in the email:
Thank you so much i had it set to english en now it works you are very helpful thank you
