When I download the earnings file in CSV to Ecxel, the formatting comes out like this, as in the attachment.
Being a European language (I don't know how to say) can't it come out formatted properly?
That would be much better, for when the number of Agents grows.
By the way, can the number of the mask order come out in this file as it comes out in the Agent's back office? See annex So that the order numbers coincide.
You're right, I was downloading the CSV file but I was using the old Excel version, I opened it in another spreadsheet, and it's all right. Sorry for my failure.
By the way, if there was the option when to download in PDF "landscape" option, it would not be worse. Suggestion.
