You're right, I was downloading the CSV file but I was using the old Excel version, I opened it in another spreadsheet, and it's all right. Sorry for my failure.

By the way, if there was the option when to download in PDF "landscape" option, it would not be worse. Suggestion.

For the order numbers, I made the update and it is not yet corrected, in the Agent Panel, as I send the attached images.
