I am trying to use commissions only from some product, with a different commission rate and associate that commission to an Agent group. I think that a Group of Agents, can have several types of commissions, right? Only I'm not understanding very well, if it's the reference or the product ID, I don't know where to get it!
For reference, the product ID can be found in the URL here
So in this example the product ID is 838 because the URL contains post=838
That should work to give an agent a different commission for that specific product. For example I create a commission rule for the product here for 50% commission:
The product's price is $100.
I placed an order and I get the commission as $50, so that seems to be working for me:
I am not sure why that is, it should work with comma-separated IDs as well,
Is it possible to share a backend login to the site or staging site with us? I can check it directly and run some tests. If so, can you also please send a link to the order you had an issue with? I would like to check that specific order to see what happened.
Indeed WPML is a widely used plugin for translations and many other plugins have updated to be compatible with it.
In the case, that I need different commissions for products (the same product in several languages) I hope that your development will take this into account, because everything else in the plugin works well with WPML.
It would be simpler to add multiple products in the native language of the page, by name.

It would make it easier if it was like a field to add products, simple as in "Related products" that we add in the product sheet.
I put the ID and it did not account for that commission on the sale of that product!
Am I doing something wrong?

Got it, but mine doesn't do that!
Attached I send the sequence, like yours, told the Agent, received the email, but in the earnings did not count the commission !!!
The access to the Agent is and same, you can enter to check.
In your example you only have one product, in mine it has two, separated by a comma, is that why?!!!

id do produto.PNG
não aparece nos ganhos.PNG
encomenda registada no agente.PNG

Hi,
I checked and it seems you are using WPML, which creates different products for each language with different IDs.
In your rule you have product 1667, "Bicicletas com entrega e recolha no Caminho Santiago",
The order you mentioned contains product 2074, "Bicycles delivery and collection on the Coast Saint James Way".
All these different IDs would need to be added to the rule for the commission to be counted.
I fully understood your explanation.

I look forward to further developments.
