I have set the Guest Acees Restriction setting in Settings -> Access Restriction -> Guest Access Restriction to:

Replace prices with "Request a Quote"

in Settings -> Other & Advanced Settings -> Quote Requests

I have set "Enabled for ALL" and enabled "Hide prices in quote-only mode" and I have also generated some Quote Form Fields.

However, when a guest user has entered their data to the form, they cannot request a quote.

Already got it fixed, there was some conflict with a plugin called "Real-Time Find and Replace Pro" that I use to do some translations that Loco Transalte cannot manage. In this case I was trying to replace the word "QUOTE"
