1 - Can a vendor use a private domain to open an account?

2 - Can the Multi-Vendor Plugin be Whitelabel with our company's logo and name?

3 - Can vendor documentation be customized to reflect our company's name and logo instead of MarketKing?

4 - What are the differences in features from the Free vs Pro version of MarketKing Multi-Vendor?

5 - Can your split payments work with any Payment Gateway or only Stripe?

6 - Do you do customization? if yes, what are the basic rates?

    Hi Theo,

    1) Do you mean if each vendor can have a store with a different domain name (e.g. different-site.com ? ) There is no feature for this, it would be quite difficult to do something like this as it would need to connect with the main site, we have no plans to add this at the moment,

    2) The website frontend can be customized with your company's logo and name. Customers / vendors will never know the website uses MarketKing. The MarketKing logo/name still shows on the site's backend admin area.

    3) The documentation is currently only on our own website. If you would like to copy it to your own domain, it is fine for us, but there is no built-in feature for it.

    4) The core features in free/pro are the same, however the modules under MarketKing -> Modules are in the pro version only: https://prnt.sc/ow4X2eYugtsF

    5) The split payment feature only works with our Stripe gateway. If the site admin and vendors both have a stripe account, then the money can be paid automatically / directly to each.

The integration is very specific to Stripe, it would be impossible for it to work with any payment gateway. For each gateway such an integration needs to be specially developed,

    6) We do not do customizations directly. We are happy to provide any technical info + offer support to technical teams working on customizations, but as a business we do not do paid custom work directly.

If I can help with anything, please let me know,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Thanks for your prompt replies.

1 - Can I upgrade anytime to the Lifetime Package if I purchase the yearly package?

2 - Is Stripe the only Payment Gateway that can be used for marketing?  If not, please explain how payment will be affected if Stripe is not the default Payment Gateway.

3 - Let us assume that my bank account and company registration are in the United States, but I have vendors in the Caribbean who would like to open an account under my Marketplace. How would those vendors get paid if Stripe does not operate in the Caribbean?

I am very impressed with MarketKing Multi Vendors Features and will purchase a copy soon.  I just need to have a good understanding of any limitations I might face.

There is no doubt you have had similar questions, and if you have any suggestions or solutions to any of my questions, please share them with me.

    (1) Yes, you can upgrade to the lifetime package later on and only pay the difference,

    (2) You can use any other payment gateway as well. If another payment gateway is used, the website admin will receive the funds and will need to pay vendors later (e.g. pay vendors monthly). The plugin will keep track of how much needs to be paid to each vendor (so for example you will have a list at the end of each month with each vendor and how much they are owed).

    (3) Indeed in that case you would need to pay vendors via another method.

If you (the website admin) have a Stripe account, but a vendor does not have one, the plugin and Stripe gateway will still work. You (the admin) will receive the funds, and similarly the plugin will keep track of how much is owed to each vendor.

How you then pay each vendor is up to you, e.g. you can do a bank transfer. Once you made a payment to a vendor, you can add the payment to MarketKing, and the plugin will notify vendors (for example it will sent the vendor an email such as "We just sent your payout of $1234,56 via Bank Transfer").

    I am 100% sold.

I am a 74-year-old Neophyte Veteran who is venturing into the world of eCommerce and online business.  This is a solid start using your plugin.  Based on the documentation and videos I have seen, your support is of the highest standard, and I should have no problem configuring my website to my needs with your support.

1 - Do you have any free versions of your Sales Rep and Wholesale programs that I can install to test out the basic features?  If yes, please send the links.

2 - I think I noticed in reading your documentation that Admin could create upgrades and offer special features to vendors that could generate extra income.  If yes, please send me the link or explain those extra features that could be offered to vendors from the Admin side.

Glad if I can be of help : )

    (1) We do have a free version of our B2B / Wholesale plugin here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/b2bking-wholesale-for-woocommerce/

However there is no free version yet for the sales rep plugin.

    (2) That is our membership packages feature: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/vendor-membership-packages/

This adds some purchasable packages on the vendor's dashboard:

    1743306737.png

Here they are subscriptions, but they can be one-time products as well.

When a vendor purchases such a package, the vendor is moved to a specific vendor group. For each group you can control available features in MarketKing -> Vendor Groups.

For example you can have 2 vendor groups, 1 group with basic features, and 1 group with access to all features. You could have it so that vendors are by default in the basic group, but that they can purchase access to the higher level group with more features.
