I believe you're referring to texts such as "you must have an order with a minimum of....".

These strings should be translatable like any other plugin texts - I'm not sure why those would not be available under WPML.

Kindly please try to follow the instructions here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/ - for example they describe a way of scanning plugins for strings - it may help to solve it.

Alternatively, we can also look into it directly for you on your site if you'd like to try and get this resolved. For that, we would need a backend login to the site or to a staging clone site,
