I can’t get rid of the MarketKing ad when reading the plug-in documentation. How do I get rid of it? I cleared the cookies. It even shows up from the documentation link within the plug-in. I have attached a photo for your consideration.
The solution is a partial fix. It seem that I have to use your hide solution on every page within the documentation it seem. This is even a more annoying solution. I have already purchased the plug-in and don’t need to be reminded to buy it again while studying the documentation on a mobile device. Can you fix this so I don’t have to see this ad? In fact I don’t wish to see anything else on the screen but the documentation. Not even the chat bot.
I understand this is in relation to your MarketKing license, key 222907874-chre30d228846ed-f243146a1c , is that right? I see this is a MarketKing Startup annual / yearly license that was first initiated on July 20, 2023.
A yearly renewal payment was made on July 20, 2024 for this license, but then we later received a chargeback for that payment on July 23.
As a result of the chargeback, our payment processor (Paddle.com) immediately refunded the payment and cancelled the subscription automatically. You should have already received or soon receive a full refund.

Please try that again now, I think I was able to get it working based on the cookie (so ?hide doesn't have to be added to the URL each time).
Alternatively we can also provide a full refund for the plugin if you find it difficult to use or not fit for your project. Just let us know,
