    Hi,

I have imported the cream order form into my website.

Whenever "Add to Cart" is clicked, the loading icon remains and doesn't change to "Add more". Example screenshot below.

When I refresh the page, the item is added to cart, so the action does work.

I have tried clearing the cache and savings changes in the WooCommerce Advanced Settings - but this still hasn't worked.

Do you know what this issue could be?

    Thank you

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

It seems an error occurs during the request, which is why the script stops and does not reach the 'add more' text.

I am not sure exactly why this happens but there are a few things we can look at.

First of all, please make sure that you are running B2BKing Pro 4.6.90 (our latest version), having an older version could create an issue.

Then I would suggest trying to deactivate all other site plugins. Frequently we find these sort of issues are caused by plugin conflicts - deactivating all other plugins may help solve it, and may help us identify where the issue is coming from.

We can also look into this directly if you would like. For that, I would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site. It would be the best way I can troubleshoot and get this solved for you as soon as possible,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hi guys

    I discovered the issue.

I had a snippet that was auto-updating the quantity and price on the cart page so I have deleted this, so the user has to return manually to "update cart".

This must have clashed with the cream bulk order form as it is working now

    Thanks

Glad if you've already solved that!

If you have any further issues with this, the best way to share site access would be to create a new user, with the Administrator role, using our email address at [email protected] . That way, we can check everything and try to find a solution.

    Have a nice weekend!
