Hello, I am contacting you regarding an issue related to B2BKING. I would like the users of my WooCommerce store to be able to save one or multiple carts. I have therefore checked this option in B2BKING, but it is no longer working. At the beginning of my project, about 2 months ago, everything was functional, but this is no longer the case (see the attached image). Could you please assist me ?
Something to check is to please make sure your user is part of a B2B group.
Since you have set the plugin to "b2b & b2c hybrid mode", this feature is only available to B2B users. Therefore please ensure your user is part of a B2B group:
If that's not it, I am not sure what it would be. Perhaps it's a plugin or theme conflict and the button does not show because of that. If so, we can investigate the issue directly on your site if you would like.
For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site, so we can troubleshoot and get this solved for you as soon as possible,
If I put the website in B2B shop mode, will i still continue to have the different groups ? Different prices by group ? Visibility of the products, categories, ... per group ?

When I try to search some product, nothing is find even what I try to search by sku, description, ...
Why can't I allow the B2C to save it's cart ?
Can I add a custom code to allow this feature also for B2C in my functions.php ?

If you would like all users, including B2C to be able to access all features such as saving the cart, you can set the plugin to B2B Shop mode:
Regarding not being able to find products, please first check your visibility settings per my reply on this ticket: https://webwizards.ticksy.com/ticket/3442754/
If you are not able to get that to work, I will try to set up that backup and troubleshoot directly.

Yes, you will still have different groups and all the features you mentioned by group.
The only difference is that B2C users can also see features like the bulk order form, purchase lists, etc.

For products to be findable in the order form, the products need to be:
- They need to be purchasable (it must be possible to add them to cart)
- They need to have a price and need to be in stock
If the items cannot be added to cart, they will not show.
