    Hi,

    i am a WordPress developer and I created a woocommerce website for my client using the plugin WooCommerce First Purchase but the popup not showing on the website.

    please fix this issue it's urgent.

    I'm not sure what the issue there is but we'd be happy to check and troubleshoot. For that, is it possible to share a backend login to the site or a staging clone site?


    It would be the best way we can look into this and get it resolved for you as soon as possible,

    I looked into it now and there was a PHP incompatibility. I updated our plugin to a new version and I believe the problem is solved now:

    Yes, the problem is solved now, but my PHP version is 8.0 your plugin not working properly, and not sending any emails, when I down my PHP version to 7.4 your plugin supports it and sends emails perfectly.

    and my others plugins supporting the 8.0 PHP version smoothly, so how can handle this issue?

    I have made an additional update that I believe resolves the email problem with php 8.
