    I would like that 

    - when a user is not logged (and so is final user):

    the price is VAT INCLUDED

    so example--> 10€ (8,20+1,80€)

    And in the time of check out I would like that thare is 10€ and stop.


    -when a user is logged  (b2b user)

    the price is NOT VAT INCLUDED

    so example --> 8,20€ 

    And in the time of check out I would like that tare is 8,20€ + VAT 1,80 so 10€

    It is possible to set this up by configuring a tax exemption rule like this:

    In WooCommerce -> Settings -> Tax, these 3 settings should be:

    in rule type I don't see tax exemption
