When images are not showing on the dashboard page, in my experience it's usually caused by 'Lazy Loading'.
Lazy loading does not work with our dashboard, so if you have any plugins that add it, you need to exclude the dashboard in those plugins' settings.
The WP Smush plugin adds that - please check if you have that plugin active.
Caching plugins such as WP Rocket, Litespeed cache, etc also add it. All such plugin usually have a setting where you can exclude a page - in this case, you'd need to exclude the dashboard.

Ive noticed that the company logo has vanished from the agent login page even thought it is saved in the settings?

Lazy Loading was turned on in the smush plugin and when I turned it off the logo is now displaying. Thank you
