Hi we are currently building a new site for our coffee roastery and we are using B2B King for our wholesale customers. We are currently getting everything set up and the Company Credit add on will be very useful, but we have an issue when trying to make a payment to credit, no mater the sum of money we choose in the cart it defaults to £1. I will attach a screen shot any advice would be much appreciated. We have had a few conflicts with a subscription plug in which we have deactivate and think we can solve but we are stuck with this one.
I tested that now with the latest versions of our plugins + the Storefront theme, but I do not see this issue in my local tests.
Other than a plugin conflict, possibly this could be caused by using a different cart that the standard WooCommerce cart (the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode on any page).
We can check this directly on your site if you would like. If the issue is a non-standard cart, I will try to find a solution via a code snippet to get this working. For this, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site, so we can troubleshoot and get this solved for you as soon as possible.
