I am not sure if this is something we would do in the future - since each site is very different and has different plugins, a native app could only be sufficient for a small number of shops, as we couldn't make it work with other plugins.
It is probably best to discuss with a dedicated mobile company to see the feasibility of building a native app for your shop.
