    My research proved that the majority of people do not have a long and comprehensive reading span.  

    Being able to read and internally visualize what they are reading is not a common feature of the human race. 

    I will say that MarketKing's product and packaging are first-class.  Your Tech Support is beyond verbal explanation.

    If your team took the time and create training videos, where one can follow each process visually, I think your support tickets would be reduced tremendously,  

    I strongly believe that people would be able to implement/activate features by following your step-by-step videos.

    The time your team invests in creating training videos would reduce the time spent answering support tickets, and it will increase product sales because people are able to see and understand how to activate and deactivate features.

    The video should be Generic.  No WebWizard or MarketKing logos or promotions.
