    Hello,

    I have installed the plugin with the WCFM core and it installed successfully. After clear the caches and restart PHP there is still no change in the WCFM-Dashboard.

    I couldn't find any kind of support on your website how to install with WCFM-Setup.

    I see that you purchased the WCFM addon for B2BKing, but I'm not sure if you have the main B2BKing plugin. Both are needed - we mention this on the addon's page here: https://prnt.sc/qGdL3EoZi5m8 - it's a common misunderstanding unfortunately.


    If that's it and you'd rather not get another plugin, we completely understand, we can issue you a full refund at any time, just let me know!

    Thanks for your reply. I have read the sections but you are mentioning that it can be used with WCFM without having B2BMarketKing. Can I use this plugin just with WCFM? When I'm using the WCFM Mobile Apps, will it work there also?

    It's working with WCFM. Now, I have the B2B settings in the WCFM Dashboard.

    I have another problem: Your plugin is not getting the registration fields from WCFM, how can I fix this?

    I am not sure if I understand this correctly. 

    Can you please share a few screenshots with us, so we can better understand what panels you are looking at?

    Where would you like to have the registration fields? what fields do you need?

    Hi Stefan,

    attached the screenshots, one from the shop to register and one to apply settings with custom fields. How can I use this plugin without having the option to fields more than just email? How can I fix this?

    Hi Merih,

    Each field is only visible for specific roles. If you go to B2BKing -> Registration Fields and edit a field, here you can select what role the field is visible for.

    You must go here and choose "Retailer (requires approval)" on your site, for fields to be visible.


    If you think this is already configured correctly, but you cannot see the field, we can check it directly if you'd like. For that, we'd need a backend login to the site or a staging clone site, so we can look into this.

    I have configured it already how you mentioned it but there are no fields or documents to sign up when you change the role.

    If I would get the Themeforest purchase refunded and buy at your website the pro version, I wouldn't have this problems right and additionally I would have the pro features right?

    Thank you for the details,

    I checked the site and yes, the issue is that custom registration fields are only available in the B2BKing Pro version.


    Yes, we can refund the Themeforest purchase so you can buy it directly from our site. For a refund, we need you to first request it via this link https://codecanyon.net/refund_requests/new , and then we can approve it.


    You would need our Pro version: https://kingsplugins.com/woocommerce-wholesale/b2bking/pricing/#div_block-10-84 - as it includes the WCFM (and other) add-ons.


    Once you purchase, you can let me know and I can install the Pro version / configure registration on your staging site directly, to make sure all is working as expected.

    Hi Stefan,

    I have requested the refund but this is really a 1-star rating my friend, because you are selling it on codecanyon cheaper but its not working and than the people has to buy again from your shop.

    Not questioning your product, you guys are definitely the multi-vendor market kings - love your product and would like to try MarketKing also but the procedure is not cool.

    Hi Merih,

    I think it is a bit of a misunderstanding, because the product on CodeCanyon is not standalone, it is just an addon for B2BKing Pro (2 plugins are needed: b2bking pro + b2bking wcfm).

    On our website the package includes both plugins.


    We have approved the refund, you will receive it within a few working days.
