    Vendors products are not visible in "products" woocommerce 

    It should be visible for review but it is not visible any where

    vendors cant publish their products

    please let me know how to fix this issue. I thought that buying the pro version will solve the issue, but it did not. Please help ASAP

    Hi Amina,

    Thank you for purchasing our plugin!


    Do you want vendors to publish directly? or do you want the admin to review products?


    If you would like to allow vendors to publish products directly, without the admin having to review them, you can enable this setting in MarketKing -> Settings -> Vendor Capabilities:

    If you want to use the review system instead, the website admin can view the products waiting for review, by going to the MarketKing Dashboard and clicking here:

    The products shown there are pending review and need to be published by the admin.



    If you believe there is an issue or bug, or you cannot get this to work, we can also check this directly on your site if you would like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or to a staging clone site we can work.

    With either options it is not working. The product is not visible anywhere.

    Hi again,

    Thank you for your patience on this - we are seeing a high volume of tickets,

    I looked into that now, and I see there is an error preventing products from being saved.


    This error happens when our plugins tries to save a product:

    The error comes from the WP Activity Log plugin.

    I tried deactivating these 3 plugins:

    If I deactivate these plugins,  that solves the issue, and I am able to save products:

    We would advise you to contact the developers of the WP Activity Log plugin to let them know about this error. This is not something we can solve on our end, as it's a problem in their code.
