I checked your site and I see that is a custom area of the 3D viewer plugin. It is quite complex, it would require a special integration with that plugin to make this available for vendors. For most plugins, we need to specially integrate them, to make them available on the vendor dashboard.
It is not always possible to do this, because sometimes a plugin is built to work on the backend, but may not have all the necessary scripts, functions, assets, etc on the frontend - so in some situations, we need the plugin author to help add support for it on the frontend.
We would be happy to try and check this, to see if it's possible for us to add support for that plugin. Please give us 24-48 hours or so, so our team can look into this.

I need a custom field to be added to the vendors dashboard product adding area.
It is a plugin called : Woo 3D Viewer
It can be added by the admin only but vendors do not have that field
Please help to add this custom field to allow vendors to add the 3d model for their products
