When a product goes out of stock, my B2B customers can't seem to find the product. They seem to think the site has an issue. Is there a way I can show the product but show it is out of stock?
This is unchecked for me, and this works fine for my woocommerce products, but when it comes to the listing for the products for my B2B customers, the product is not visible at all if it's out of stock for my B2B customers, so they always message me to ask if it's available.
I then have to tell them it's out of stock. I would like it to remain in the B2B store, but it shows that it's not purchaseable.
I am not sure exactly what this could be: it's possible it's an issue related to B2BKing's stock features, but it could also be some kind of conflict or more complex issue. I can tell you we have not seen or received reports of this issue before.
I would like to try and troubleshoot this directly on your site, to run some tests and try to understand the issue. For that, would it be possible to share a backend login to your site (or a staging clone site) with us? It would be the best way we can look into this and get it resolved for you as soon as possible.
Also, is it immediate? as soon as the product goes of out of stock, it becomes invisible to B2B users?

Hi there,
Thank you for purchasing our plugin!
Normally this is controlled here in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Inventory: Out of stock visibility:
Please make sure that this setting is disabled - this might be the problem here.
Kind regards,
Stefan

It seems like a catalog visibility issue for the product. If it's out of stock, it will not show in the catalog in B2B king.
Thank you for clarifying,
