Hello, I'd like to report a bug on the arcostal.com website at the registration level. Several customers who register do not appear on the extension and we cannot register them on the site. Is there a problem with the plugin? If so, can you fix it?

Is the issue that customers do not appear in B2BKing -> Customers?
Or is the account not being registered at all, so it is not possible to register accounts?
I tried registering a test account at https://arcostal.com/inscription/ . I see the page redirects to the homepage - that redirection is not normal - it almost certainly is caused by a plugin conflict. You can try deactivating all other site plugins to see if that solves it.
We can also look into this directly on your site if you'd like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or a staging clone site we can work on.
