    Hello,

I'm trying to figure out if B2B king is the right fit for me.

I want to add a sort of "Loyalty Program" for customers when they reach a certain amount of money spend on the webshop.

    Example:

A customer buys around a total of 10.000 dollars during 2022.
This customer then gets a certain discount thats valid for a period.

Is something like that possible with B2BKing? :)

    Hello Daniel,

Thank you for getting in touch,

You may be able to achieve something like that through B2BKing's group rules. These rules can automatically move a customer across groups when they hit targets such as a total $ spent, or a certain amount spent during the last year, or last month, etc.

For example, you could have 2 customer groups:

    - Group Standard with no discount

    - Group VIP with a 10% discount on specific products (you can configure discounts and conditions for each group via B2BKing's Dynamic Rules feature).

Then in B2BKing -> Group Rules you could configure a rule so that users are automatically moved from the Standard to the VIP Group when they hit a total lifetime spent of $10000:

Or the rule could be based on the previous year or month. You could for example set it so that they get the discount based on the last month, but if they do not hit a certain target during the current month, then they will be moved back to the standard group.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hi Stefan,

    Thanks for this explanation.

Do you recommend any third party loyalty programs that work well with B2BKing?

I am looking to have a loyalty program plugin that displays "points" per product, so customers can redeem points for rewards.

Would a loyalty plugin cause issues with B2BKing?

    Thanks

    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Generally 3rd party loyalty plugins should also work fine with B2BKing.

I don't know enough about this niche to be able to recommend a specific plugin. However, if you're considering using or buying any particular plugin, you can let me know first and I will check its functionalities to see if any of them could possibly conflict in any way,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

Hi team, is this issue still the same for the loyalty program? Do we still have to use a 3rd party app?

    Hi there,

B2BKing does not have a specific loyalty program feature. Possibly it may be a bit outside the scope of our plugin.

You can use group rules as mentioned earlier in this thread to promote customers across different levels.

Other than that, depending on which functionalities you need, you may need to use a 3rd party plugin.
