Hello, a Vendor had a sale but it doesn't show any amount is owed them. I think it has to do with the WooCommerce "pending order" status not being marked complete. I forgot how to make it so that they get their payout with order complete status or maybe I need to change a setting in WooCommerce?
Yes, the plugin normally only gives commission once an order has the "completed" status.
You can set the status to completed when you edit the order:
Or are you looking to also allow the commission to be given for orders that are "pending payment" or "processing" etc? That is possible as well by adding a code snippet.
The goal is to have the vendor be paid when the payment goes through. I need to check my WooCommerce settings, because I think I have marked that the vendor gets paid when order is complete. However, originally I thought it would be better for customer to confirm order completion, but I think that is a bad idea. There is a different issue though:
Indeed it appears that was a bug in the MarketKing Pro plugin: I have now made a plugin update to MarketKing Pro to resolve this, and I installed this update on your site - I believe that should be resolved.

On the right side - as you can see in the video screenshot - is this message,
"This order was placed by a vendor who chose a membership package option."
The person who ordered is not a vendor. So there must be a system error.
