I would like to request a future for the future updates. I have set up your plugin on my staging website and I will be migrating it to my main site in the upcoming days but I am having some worries regarding potential spam attacks.
I have turned on the Quote feature of your plugin where my customers can ask for a quote on the cart page. User registration is not allowed on my website. So the customers can only request their quotes as guests. At the moment, the only captcha solution to prevent spam is to install a third party plugin that configures a recaptcha solution to the login page. Therefore, I am unable to implement a spam protection solution against the guest users who request a quote. It is very important as I also need to allow the guest users to upload files while requesting a quote. This creates a great security vulnerability. A reCaptcha implementation would greatly reduce the risks.
I would appreciate if you can consider implementing this feature in the future.
You are right that there is no captcha system there - we will consider adding one as an extra security measure, it's certainly worth looking at.
That said, I want to let you know we have not seen spam issues in that area before. Probably because the quote area is not actually a form (they are just input fields), and the send button is not a 'submit' type button (it's just a regular button), it would be very hard for bots to go there and know on what to click / or what sequence of actions to take. If you encounter any spam there, please do let us know so we can take a closer look,
Dear Sir/Madam,

Thank you very much,

Hello Enes,
Thank you for the feedback on this,
You are right that there is no captcha system there - we will consider adding one as an extra security measure, it's certainly worth looking at.
