Hello, we are working on a B2B Marketplace for business owners to publish their offers and collect quote requests from the visitors. Technically that would mean a list of 3rd level domains for each business, e.g. store1.mydomain.com, store2.mydomain.com, etc.

    The questions are:

    1. If a single B2BKing license supports numerous 3rd level domains? Or will it be required to purchase a separate license for each 3rd level domain?

    2. If it is possible to configure a separate admin user group for managing only a specific store with a separate 3rd level domain?

    Kind regards,

    Aidai

    Hello Aidai,

Thank you for getting in touch,

    1. B2BKing's license is per domain, it does not matter how many subdomains you use, so it will be fine to do that on a single license (you do not need a separate license for each subdomain).

    2. I'm not quite sure how you are planning to build the marketplace.

Please note that B2BKing is a B2B / Wholesale solution, but by itself it is not a marketplace solution. B2BKing's role is to transform a retail shop into a shop oriented towards business customers, by adding business registration, quote requests, bulk discounts, tiered pricing, etc - everything needed to support business customers. However it does not enable multiple sellers.

B2BKing is compatible with multi-vendor marketplace solutions such as our own MarketKing, Dokan or WCFM.

You can use B2BKing together with MarketKing, to set up a B2B Marketplace. In such a setup, each seller will have access to B2B features: they will be able to configure discounts, respond to quote requests, set up minimum order quantities, etc. You can read about the B2B Marketplace integration and available features here: https://woocommerce-multivendor.com/docs/wholesale-b2b-b2bking-integration/

However, we do not have a multi-domain feature. The way it works (if you were to use B2BKing + MarketKing) is that each seller has a store on the main site, such as mydomain.com/store1, mydomain.com/store2 etc.

    Let me know your thoughts,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan
