    Hello!

    I need an email to be sent to the store manager's address (not the administrator WP) when users with roles that require registration approval create an account.

    How can I configure this? I have read this documentation, but it was not helpful: https://woocommerce-b2b-plugin.com/docs/how-to-customize-b2bking-emails/

    Can you help me ASAP?

    Hi there,

    To do this, you can directly modify the email in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails -> New customer requires approval:

    Then you can enter multiple emails to receive it (comma-separated), this way:

    Hi again, Stefan,

    I tried your instructions, but I didn't receive any email to approve the new B2B user. I don't understand why it didn't work, as the settings are very easy to configure. Can you please help me?

    I also shared the access admin user on another ticket that I sent a few minutes ago. Could you please review the settings to ensure that the notification email is configured correctly?

    Hi there,

    Please first see my response in the other ticket before this one.

    I checked this now, and I see the "Nuevo cliente pendiente de aprobación" does show in the log:

    I think it is related to that same YITH setting as in the other ticket - their plugin is probably taking over the registration process.

    Let me know if you still see issues with that deactivated.
