    Hello Mostafa,

Thank you for purchasing our plugin,

Indeed, that bar should show progress as the upload occurs.

If that doesn't happen, it's possible there is some kind of error during the import.

It may be a plugin conflict. I would suggest trying to deactivate all other site plugins to see if that can resolve it.

We can also check this directly for you on your site if you would like. For that, we would need a backend login to the site, or to a staging clone site, so we can test and look into this,

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

    Hello Mostafa,

We'd be happy to look into the issue directly. You can share access credentials here in a private message, or you can also use our email at [email protected]

    Regarding the other points:

    - the CSV not reading the (,) only can read the (.)dote in the price so i have to do it manual example 5,99 or 5.99

I will check this on the site - I am not sure if this is standard WooCommerce functionality or not - we use the standard WooCommerce importer, I will check to see how this should work normally.

    - would be great if the vendor can select all the products at once if they need to delete or bulk edit

This is something we are looking to add to the plugin to give vendors a better experience on the vendor dashboard. This is already on our roadmap for future updates, so we are hoping you should see this feature soon.

    - wish if the member subscription plugin was build in not out source

Thank you for the feedback, we will consider it but for now we have preferred to use existing subscription plugins as it gives more flexibility.

    Kind regards,

    Stefan

I have looked into that now. I believe I have found the issue with the import / export loading bar.

I updated MarketKing on your site and this appears to be resolved in my tests.

Let me know if you see any further issues,

I also looked into the issue you mentioned: "the CSV not reading the (,) only can read the (.)dote in the price so i have to do it manual example 5,99 or 5.99"

I see that when importing via the website backend (Products -> Import) the same problem happens. Therefore I believe this is currently how the importer works. MarketKing uses this WooCommerce importer through an integration so I do not have a way to change this at the moment.

We have no need for it right now, but if you see any future issues, it helps if you can share access, so we can check it easily.
